What is the power output of an Ultra (ult31309) USB Hard Drive enclosure?

NONE. There is no power output from an enclosure. On the other hand the enclosure needs a power source. This would be a black cube you plug into a power source or a special calbe that would connect to either another USB port or the PS2 port.
