The Vande Berg Scales automatic box labeling / automatic case labeling system eliminates many of the labor intensive tasks ociated with box labeling / case labeling of your product. A barcode scanner reads your product ID, the in-motion conveyor scale registers the weight to the controller equipment, the system automatically determines the tare weight and the acceptable weight parameters. The system sends your boxes / cases to a labeler were a net weight label is applied. The system accumulates the daily production totals, and adds your box / case information to the appropriate pallet manifest.

Your VBS auto-box/case labeling system would typically consist of an auto pop-up stop, in feed conveyor, product ID barcode scanner, in-motion conveyor scale, weight indicator, ASTD box labeling program, label printer applicator, label scanner, reject divert mechanism, gravity reject conveyor and a printer. Suggested options would be lost data collection, diverts, Nema 4X enclosures, custom stainless steel stands or customs conveyors.
