I have 2 12" Eclipse subs. 350 watt rms handling, 1000 watt max power, and a Kenwood KAC-9103D, 1800watt amp. What is the best sub enclosure for this system?

what space is it going in, truck, suv van?

depends on your car… If its an suv i recommend a sealed enclosure since you dont need all the extra air room since an suv has tons of it… if its a smaller car such as a malibu or something like that a vented enclosure would be good since it will be in the trunk with hardly any air room plus a vented enclosure will allow the sound to travel further but will have a slight distortion… but not too noticeable
