Easiest way to enlarge a sub enclosure cutout.?

The enclosure is made of 1" MDF and has a 9.17" diameter cutout and I need it to be 9.6". Thanks

make your measurements and just use a router or jigsaw to make the required cut(s)

    The easiest way is to use a dremel whith a course sandindg bit and go around the edges, itll take 3-4 minutes once started 10 total.

    If you need a dremel, there cheap and you will use it over and over again. this model will do fine
