July 19, 2009 - 4:24 am

I just bought a 2007 Tacoma and the custom box i want to get fits behind the seat but the enclosure is very limmited. I can only fit 2 - 10" or 2- 8" subs . But I want to have a clean hard hitting bass. I was thinking about putting 2 L5 solos Barics in the box but want to know what you think first. The box is seald enclosure.

these subs are very serious when it comes to 8in subs. you can port the box to .65 cubic feet . run 2 of these and a 800 watt amp . boom. probably the best made sub against a jl 8w7 only if you want to pay 300 for a w7. these subs will probably if not kill any 10 on the market today with hard hitting bass and sq. looking to them. they are great for space restrictions!

You have to be careful in choosing the right sub for the right enclosure for best performance. Subwoofer manufacturers will have recommendations as to what type/kind of enclosure is best suited for them.
