    Johny,
    The Derivative Tools are located below and to the left of the Pick tool (arrow icon). The Options for these — and all other tools — are located in the Tool Options Palette, which is by default in the upper right corner of the screen. (If you have closed this, you can reopen it by selecting it from the Palettes Menu…)
