How to make a cheap water dragon enclosure?

I am looking to buy a water dragon.
I am looking to build my own enclosure or buy a CHEAP one.
I am on a semi low budget.

I want to make a enclosure for a water dragon.
The enclosure i want is 6-7 feet high 4-5 feet in lenght and 3 feet in depth.
Im not looking to spend alot. I would like to spend about $150-170.
(without the lights, heating and all that)
You can shop on craigslist.org and there people sell things that they don’t need or can’t keep anymore and you can get tanks and animals for free in the pet section.

They need a fairly large enclosure with lamps and other furniture that gets pretty expensive. This isn’t a good animal for someone with a low budget.
