Need to push a speaker with the following specs… is this amp right??

you dont want a 4channel amp to power a sub. get a mono amp that pushes around 700rms, unless ur using 2 subs then u want it pushing around 1400rms.

Your biggest concern is the impedance match between the amplifier and the speaker. The speaker resistance is 2 ohms. Is this resistance going to be 2 ohms that the amplifier sees, or 1 ohm because the coils are in parallel, or 4 ohms because they are in series with each other. Provided that the amplifier is designed for a 2 ohm load, and the speakers do present just a 2 ohm load to the amplifier, then everything should be just fine.

If you’re looking for an amp just to run that one subwoofer, the amp you’ve picked would be a very poor choice. Your subwoofer can be wired for a 1-ohm load or a 4-ohm load, so a 2-channel amp (bridged) or a 1-ohm stable mono amp would work well.

Other than the choice of amp (you want a 2ch. or mono amp) with the right box and tuning, this’ll get pretty loud!
You need to build a box according to Crunch’s specs. If you want good sound quality, go with a sealed box. For spl (loudness), go with ported. If you choose ported, you’ll need to find the appropriate size/placement for the vent (usually fired toward the rear of vehicle, hatchbacks- up firing) depending on the frequency you want to be loudest.
