Convert internal to external hard drive?

So, I took apart a broken laptop and pulled out the hard drive. I bought this case from amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Drive-Aluminum-External-Enclosure-Capacity/dp/B000FNBYKW/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1268429966&sr=8-3
The connection to the case has a bunch of holes, but the hard drive has like a strip with contacts, not pins. Am I missing something? How can I get this connected?
You bought the wrong type of enclosure. You needed a 2.5" SATA enclosure. What you bought was 2.5" IDE. I suggest you return that and buy this: http://www.amazon.com/SATA-Hard-Drive-Enclosure-500GB/dp/B001AAVA08/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1268430370&sr=8-1
